technology assessments, feasibility studies, and life cycle application

MMC's core competence lies in the design, development, and implementation
of a diverse spectrum of web based programs primarily written in Allaire Corporation's
web development product ColdFusion, but also utilizing other various development
tools such as Java Server Pages, Enterprise Java Beans, Active Server Pages, XML and Client and/or
Server side JavaScript. MMC also provides support for a variety of operating
system platforms including Windows NT/2000, Linux and multiple flavors of UNIX,
with backend connectivity to various Database Management systems including Oracle,
SQL Server, Access, Informix and Sybase.
In addition, MaverickMaven Incubation, LLC selectively acts as a technology
incubator for fledgling dot-com ventures. For a substantial equity stake, MMI will
leverage its resources to aid in the assembly of a new venture in order to afford
this venture the opportunity to create a product without soliciting for funds and
without compromising the integrity of its trade secrets by such solicitation. Furthermore,
this production process allows for a concept to appreciate in value for its founding
members, in turn giving their company a more sizeable valuation when pitching the
concept to prospective investors.
In many such cases MMI will also valuate and utilize any expertise that founding
members may have to offer our other clients, and, if such expertise is substantial,
the founder may become a full time employee or partner in MMI. This scenario enables
MMI to utilize the expertise of a person in cheap barter for the aid in development
of his/her own project. In addition, the loyalty to MMI instilled in this person will
