Igor Ilyinsky, Founder/Chief Executive - Allaire (Macromedia) Certified Professional
Igor has been involved in e-business
strategy and development since the early days of the Internet. His career began
with high level consulting projects for Fortune 100 clients in the likes of Bear Sterns,
Merrill Lynch, Boeing, AXA Financial, Group Health Incorporated and Credit Suisse First Boston, as well as internal developments
for numerous collegiate and private institutions. In his six odd year involvement in Internet
business and technology, Igor has amassed an invaluable comprehension of how the Internet

seems to be in bringing community driven sites and B2B/B2C portal concepts to fruition, adding proven
techniques to existent portals, vortals and robust global intranets.
As a technologist, Igor has been programming since the early age of thirteen. Having worked
with numerous programming languages (including: Basic, Fortran, Pascal, Modula3, C/C++, Visual
Basic, Active Server Pages, Java, Java Server Pages, Enterprise Java Beans, JavaScript, Livewire [Server Side JavaScript], Perl, Php, SQL,
TSQL, PL/SQL, ColdFusion, ActionScript, WML, WMLS, XML and WSDL) on multiple platforms (i.e., Windows 95/98/NT/2K, Sun Solaris, HP-UX,
Free-BSD, GNU, MACOS, Linux, etc). Throughout his extensive programming career he has proven to posses
exceptional programming logic and concepts, including his formal training in Object Oriented
Programming (OOP), Mathematical Set Theory, and Combinatorics, at the acclaimed College of
Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Stony Brook. Additionally, the real world
has broadened his horizons as a computer engineer by providing extensive work in the fields of
network architecture, load-balancing, server administration, graphic design and team/project managment.
In more recent ventures, Igor has had the opportunity to delve deeply into the exploration of
hot new technologic arenas, such as cellular/wireless, voice and video communications (over Internet Protocol)
and global tracking technology. As a result, Igor has been able to experience and in some cases make tremendous
use of standard protocols and technologies such as WAP, CDMA, TDMA, GSM, iDEN, SMS, GPS, VoIP,
DBS, H.320/H.323, SOAP and many others.
In addition, Igor holds vast experience in numerous facets of web site production. Having
mastered the nuances of cross-browser independent HTML, and his natural talents for creative
graphic development and Flash animation have afforded him the opportunity to work on various interesting projects,
and do what he loves most; web development!
Joseph Cucchiara, Charter Member -
Prior to MavericMaven, LLC, Mr. Cucchiara was Director of web technology for
Activitynet.com. In this role, Joe managed a staff of 5 developers, instructed the design
department, and coordinated with the product development team to further enhance the application
in terms of new features. Moreover, he set the application development standards with regard
to scalability and modularization. In addition, he was responsible for working with ISP's on
getting the network infrastructure developed.
Before joining ActivityNet, Mr. Cucchiara was Chief Technology Office for Touchscreen Media.
In this role, his primary responsibility was to work with clients to evaluate, develop and
implement the best technology solutions based upon their functional requirements and business
rules. In addition, he managed the Information Technology personnel, and continuously improved
the application development process, methodology and standards. While actively participating in
the development of client applications he was also deeply involved in the research and development
of new technologies, techniques, and strategies for his clients.
Mr. Cucchiara has also been an e-business consultant for a variety of eFortune 100 companies where
he designed and developed custom applications for Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer
organizations. As a Project Manager for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Information Systems
department, he managed a team of high-tech professionals and participated in the development of
proprietary client/server applications.
Mr. Cucchiara's technological expertise includes: Cold Fusion, ASP, PHP, JSP, PL/SQL, Perl,
JavaScript, COM, DCOM, Oracle, MS SQL, MS IIS, Netscape Enterprise Server, Apache, WNNT, Unix, and
System Integration. Some of his web site project credits are: James Martin and Co., Morgan Stanley
Dean Witter, Watchit, Politics, Bell Atlantic DSG, Minolta, Netgrocer, RepairNow, GBX Shoes,
Countdowntime, and Brylane Inc. As an Instructor at Skidmore College, Mr. Cucchiara taught
client/server and web application development, as well as Internet and e-business seminars for
local businesses.

Cucchiara brings unparalleled strength in back-end design/programming and applications development

John W. Giblin, III, Charter Member -
John's most recent credits are behind the pages of such highly acclaimed web projects as
Luxuryfinder.com, HalfThePlanet.com and Sixdegrees.com. But perhaps his most impressive
achievement was developing NetGrocer.com, not only the first and premier grocery shopping
site on the net, but perhaps the first site to prove the flexibility and scalability of
ColdFusion Programming. As Director of Technology at NetGrocer.com, John combined his
technical knowledge and people skills to not only design an extensive warehouse data
driven website, but also the extensive back end to manage it and it's resources.

Robert T. Miller, Member -
Robert comes to MaverickMaven from a varied background in Internet programming, software
development, financial and e-commerce development.
Before joining MaverickMaven, Mr. Miller was a lead developer for Activitynet.com where
he designed and developed a three-tier web application.
Prior to Activitynet, Mr. Miller was lead developer in the disability porthole site
halftheplanet.com where he co-developed coding, application and database standards.
As a lead developer for Knowledge Strategies Inc., Mr. Miller developed web sites such as
bloomingdales.com, officesupplies.com, finestationary.com, rampage.com, mymaison.com where
he used his knowledge of e-commerce, transaction-based development skills.
After his tenure in the field of production software, Robert decided to move into the rapidly
expanding field of Internet computing. Mr. Miller accepted a position at AXA Financial as an
Internet developer. At AXA, he worked on technologies such as online account transactions and
Intranet development for intra-office web applications. Mr. Miller also helped develop an Internet
based application to be used by AXA
Beginning his career in development for Sheridan Software, Robert worked on development for
Sheridan's ActiveX controls for use with Microsoft's Visual Basic, VBA, Visual C++ and Visual
InterDev programming environments.
